The Zhida brand handheld extrusion plastic welder TZD-HQ-Ⅲ, produced by our company, is the third-generation plastic welder developed through extensive market research and based on feedback and needs from customers during construction. Improved from the TZD-HQ-Ⅱ model, it integrates hot air preheating and plastic welding rod extrusion into one new welder, combining technical performance from similar products in Germany and Italy. It uses an original German imported main unit, operates uniformly on 220V AC power, features continuously adjustable electric heat temperature control for hot air, and has variable speed functionality. By changing the original gear-driven working principle to screw extrusion, the extrusion power is significantly increased, greatly enhancing welding rod output. It is particularly suitable for PE plastic extrusion, can work continuously for several hours, and allows one-time welding formation for larger gaps, making it a compact welding machine. The third-generation welder has undergone significant upgrades compared to the second generation: overall dimensions have been reduced by 6 cm while maintaining the same extrusion capacity, the handle can rotate 300 degrees for flexible operation in trenches, tanks, and pipelines, and it fully replicates the original Swiss imported welding nozzle to enhance the air-tight performance of the welding shoe. The mold base of the welding gun has been added with an oil injection nozzle and exhaust holes for easy bearing lubrication and machine heat dissipation, and the hot air blower is equipped with an additional stainless steel protective mesh to prevent burns during operation. The improvements in the third-generation welder enhance work efficiency, offer flexible and convenient operation, and feature more user-friendly design.

    Applications: Internal welding of steel belt-reinforced large-diameter pipelines, sealing both ends of large-diameter hollow-wall winding pipes, damage repair, pipe connection, welding of interfaces for directly buried thermal insulation PE outer protective sleeves, prefabricated pipe fitting welding, production and welding of elbows, tees, and large-diameter plastic pipe fittings, welding of plastic manholes and chemical plastic containers, storage tanks, etc.
